Telephone Reassurance

Telephone Reassurance Ministry volunteers place calls daily (holidays included) to check in with elderly or disabled recipients who have requested this service.

The people we serve are over 60 or older and/or disabled and usually living alone.

It is a great comfort to them to know that someone will give them a call to chat for a few minutes each day and to ask, “How are you doing today?”

If we get no answer to our call, the appropriate designated person is called to go to the home to see if assistance is needed.
